At De Coet Parfums, every fragrance is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As perfumes are personal care products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal fragrance preference
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Opened or used products
  • Allergic reactions due to individual skin sensitivity

Please choose your fragrance carefully before placing your order.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be provided only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive a product different from what was ordered.

No refunds will be processed under these circumstances. Eligible orders will be replaced with the correct product.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

Your request must include:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened (mandatory for damage claims)

Claims received without sufficient proof may not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement Process

Once your request is verified and approved by our quality team:

  • A replacement order will be arranged at no additional cost.
  • The damaged or incorrect product may need to be returned before dispatching the replacement.
  • Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or tampered with.
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The damage occurred due to customer handling after delivery.
  • The fragrance does not meet personal expectations.
